Deepti Sagar is the Chief People and Experience Officer at Deloitte India, where they focus on building a world-class organization and enhancing talent experience through a culture of empathy, trust, and high performance. With over 19 years of experience in Professional Services, they have worked with a diverse range of clients globally, shaping customer transformation agendas and deploying innovative digital and AI solutions. Deepti has worked across 15+ countries, particularly in Australia, APAC, and South Africa, and has contributed to various industry thought leadership initiatives and forums in the Experience Excellence domain. Previously, they held a partner position at KPMG India from 2004 to 2017 and now continues their education at Delhi University.
