Jaime Yamanaka

Jaime Yamanaka is a Senior Manager in Learning & Development at Deloitte, leading national programming that supports employee development and implementing a learning strategy focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Additionally, Jaime is an instructor and director at A Budo Life, where programming emphasizes authentic martial arts values. With a strong background in martial arts, Jaime develops private and virtual wellness programs and has revitalized self-defense initiatives targeting youth. Previous experience includes event planning at PwC Canada and facilitation roles in conflict resolution and prevention programs. Jaime holds a BA in Sociology and Management Studies from the University of Waterloo and is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Okinawan Goju Ryu.
