James Tobin

James Tobin is a Chartered Accountant with over five years of post-qualification experience in CFO Advisory and Controllership at Deloitte UK, where they focus on finance function improvement and digital controllership. Previously, James held various roles, including Head Chef at The Dew Drop Inn and Audit Associate at Shipleys LLP, while also funding their education through part-time work in professional kitchens. Currently serving as Treasurer for the Bristol Junior Chamber since 2025, James is also active in charitable running, having raised funds for Young Lives vs Cancer through the London Marathon. They have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Financial Management from The University of Sheffield and recently completed a course in Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge.
