Jim Bagley

Jim Bagley is currently a Manager in Compensation Strategies at Deloitte, where they focus on compensation, pay equity, and job architecture. Previously, Jim gained experience as a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital Workforce Transformation Practice and worked as a Compensation Consultant and Senior Strategy & Program Development Professional. Jim also completed an MBA at the University of Notre Dame, where they were actively involved in leadership roles and competitions. In 2013, Jim interned at Humana, where they contributed significantly to the Infusion Program by analyzing cost synergies and enhancing internal collaboration.
