Joel Ryerson

Joel Ryerson is a Partner at Deloitte and serves as the Phoenix Real Estate Leader, bringing over twelve years of experience in the real estate sector. They have successfully led audits for major clients, including traded and non-traded REITs, and have a strong background in initial public offerings, SOX implementations, mergers, acquisitions, and complex accounting issues. Joel previously held positions as an Audit Senior Manager and Audit Intern at Deloitte and Gardiner Thomsen CPA, respectively. They earned a Master of Accountancy from the University of Iowa Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa - Henry B. Tippie College of Business.
