John Matley is a principal in Deloitte Consulting's Insurance Technology practice, where they focus on delivering innovative technology solutions to various property casualty and life & annuity insurance companies. Their experience includes advising global insurers on complex legacy systems, as well as supporting nimble startups with disruptive technology platforms. John has led initiatives at the intersection of legacy modernization, digital transformation, and customer experience, while also guiding clients on emerging technologies such as robotic process automation and artificial intelligence. Additionally, John directs Deloitte’s insurance perspective on the Future of Mobility, examining the effects of autonomous vehicles on the insurance marketplace.
