Kelsey Lietzen

Kelsey Lietzen, M.Ed, currently serves as the Learning & Development Manager for US Reputation & Compliance Learning at Deloitte since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kelsey held positions as a High School English Teacher at Falls Church City Public Schools from August 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included curriculum development, assessment management, and leading a journalism program. Kelsey also taught at Capital City Public Charter School and Greenwood High School, focusing on equitable instructional strategies and data-driven decision-making to enhance student performance. Kelsey earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Instructional Technology from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Taylor University.
