Laura Vankrunkelsven

Laura Vankrunkelsven is an experienced leader in digital sales and service transformation, currently serving as the Deloitte Digital Sales & Service Transformation offering leader since January 2014. In this role, Laura oversees a team of approximately 100 professionals, focusing on digital strategy and advanced technology solutions to enhance customer and employee journeys while driving growth and optimizing operational efficiency. Prior to Deloitte, Laura held various roles at Johnson & Johnson from April 2010 to August 2013, including Project Lead and Project Officer in EMEA SAP CRM. Laura's academic background includes multiple degrees from the University of Antwerp, culminating in a Master’s in Applied Economics and a Master’s in Communication Sciences.
