Mac Worsham

Mac Worsham serves as a Managing Director at Deloitte, leading Purpose and DEI Strategic Positioning and Talent Engagement, as well as the US Chief Communications Officer. Additionally, Mac Worsham is a Board Trustee at the Institute for Public Relations, where responsibilities include chairing the Nominating Committee. At Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, Mac Worsham is part of the Owen Emeritus Alumni Board, previously serving as Board Chair. Mac Worsham is also a Board Member of HealthRight International, contributing to the Development Committee and Brand and Marketing Advisory Committee. Previous experience includes leadership roles focused on brand, marketing, and communications at EY and Deloitte. Mac Worsham holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BBA from Mississippi State University.
