Mansi M.

Mansi M. is an HR strategy consultant with a passion for aligning organizational strategy with people strategy and change. They began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Air India Limited in 2009, completing a change management project post-merger. Mansi then worked as a Lead Associate HR at Infosys, where they re-invented the recruitment process for multiple business units, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Yahoo!, where they built a research lab and crafted retention strategies. They served as HR Manager at AllGo Embedded Systems Pvt Ltd, overseeing the HR strategy and enhancing the employee experience. Currently, Mansi is involved in HR transformation at Deloitte.
