Margi Mejia

Margi Mejia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human capital management and training across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Manager at Deloitte since December 2018, Margi previously held multiple leadership roles at the University of Phoenix, including Director of Learning, where a successful tenure included coaching and mentoring company leaders on management and regulatory compliance. Other significant positions include Director of Learning Facilitation and Learning Facilitation Manager, where oversight of training for over 10,000 employees was achieved. Additionally, Margi served as Admissions Advisor at DeVry Education Group and held program management positions at the Spirit Awakening Foundation and Eisner Pediatric & Family Medical Center.
