Mark McKenzie

Mark McKenzie is an accomplished professional in talent and human resources, with a focus on employee engagement. They have held several positions within academia and consulting, including roles as a Lead Talent Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting and a Manager, Talent Business Advisor at Deloitte. Mark's earlier experiences include internships at North Carolina State University and the University of Notre Dame, as well as serving as an Assistant Director at Virginia Commonwealth University. They obtained dual degrees in Public and Urban Affairs and Geography from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and are currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership at William & Mary.
