Mark Stretton is an Audit Partner at Deloitte Australia and serves as the National Financial Services Audit Leader, specializing in audit and assurance for the financial services industry. With 32 years of professional services experience at Deloitte, including over 17 years as a partner, Mark has led numerous significant audit engagements for banks, investment firms, and fintechs both domestically and internationally. They are actively involved in the education sector, serving as an advisory board member at La Trobe University and participating in various committees, including chairing the audit and risk committee of the Australian Accounting Standards Board. In addition to their professional commitments, Mark engages in community service as a Trustee of the Sir Robert Menzies Lecture Trust and has a strong passion for politics and public policy.
