Matt Pelton

Matt Pelton is currently a Managing Director at Deloitte, focusing on sustainability, accounting, and reporting within the Audit & Assurance sector. In this role, Matt leads advisory teams for public and private companies on complex transactions and ESG readiness. Previously, Matt held director positions at KPMG, where they facilitated strategic projects and cross-border transactions, and contributed to significant growth initiatives in international corridors. With a diverse background that includes work at the African Leadership University and the African Leadership Network, Matt has experience in global business strategy and entrepreneurship. They hold a master's degree in international relations and a bachelor's degree in accounting and business, complemented by minors in economics and Spanish.
