Mohana Dissanayake

Mohana Dissanayake serves as the Regional Managing Partner - West at Deloitte, specializing in the technology sector, particularly within the software and services industries. With extensive experience in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and SEC filings, Mohana has held various leadership roles including US TMT Industry Leader and Partner in Charge for Northern California & Hawaii. Additionally, Mohana is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee for The Tech Museum of Innovation, and previously held leadership positions at Silicon Valley Creates. With a strong academic background, Mohana holds a Master in Professional Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business and has contributed to the field of education as an Assistant Instructor at the same institution.
