Olina Terzi is an Innovation & Design Manager at Deloitte Digital and a Professional Scrum Product Owner, drawing on a background in proposition design, stakeholder engagement, and innovation strategy. They have experience designing pilots and developing innovation capabilities, particularly in the international public sector and Life Sciences. Olina previously worked with clients across various sectors, including urban planning and energy, in regions such as the United States, Middle East, Asia, and Europe. They hold a Master in Architecture & Urbanism from the Technical University Delft and a Certificate in Emerging Design and Technology for Smart Cities from MIT. Olina’s career highlights include receiving the ‘Outstanding Community Engagement Award’ from the American Planning Association in 2019 and the ‘Silver Lion for Promising Young Participant’ at the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2016.
