Richard Chang

Richard Chang is currently the Managing Director at Deloitte, where they focus on cybersecurity, large-scale programs, and identity and access management. With a proven track record in winning federal business and building a significant pipeline in the intelligence sector, Richard has established a reputation as a leader and builder of teams. Prior to Deloitte, they held positions as a Senior Manager at BearingPoint and an Associate at Identification Technology Partners, Inc. Richard also worked as an Associate Producer at Sony Online Entertainment early in their career and is pursuing education at the University of Maryland.
