Russell Bailey

Russell Bailey, MD, MBA, is a physician and managing director in Deloitte's Health Care Strategy practice. They served as an assistant professor and held various leadership roles at the University of Virginia School of Medicine from 2013 to 2018, including quality improvement officer and associate program director for the epilepsy fellowship. Prior to their current role at Deloitte, they worked as a pediatric neurologist at Carolinas HealthCare System and as a manager at Deloitte Consulting. Russell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Davidson College, a Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
