Silje Emilienne Aanderud-Larsen

Silje Emilienne Aanderud-Larsen currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Deloitte since October 2023. Previously, Silje has served in various roles at NAV from August 2015 to October 2023, including Seksjonssjef - Kompetanseleder forretningsutvikling, kunnskap og analyse, where a focus on simplification, process management, and business intelligence was emphasized. Silje also led the Masterdata team, overseeing key data management tasks, and led machine learning initiatives. Prior experience includes founding and serving as CEO of Axilitech AS and various legal roles at the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, specializing in legal semantics. Silje graduated with a Master's degree in Law from the University of Oslo in 2012 and previously completed the International Baccalaureate at Ås Senior Secondary School.
