Steven M. Safyer, MD is a Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology and Population Health, Montefiore-Einstein. Dr. Safyer’s career has been entirely at The Montefiore Health System and The Albert Einstein College of Medicine beginning 42 years ago, including President and CEO for 12 years, when he retired in November 2019.
