Alena Anferova

Alena Anferova is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in building and leading recruitment teams across various industries, particularly in oil and gas. Currently serving as Head of Recruitment and HRBP at Delovye Linii since September 2022, Alena focuses on team development and performance metrics. Previously, Alena held positions at NES Fircroft, progressing from Recruiting Team Lead to Senior Recruitment Consultant, where responsibilities included full recruitment processes, key account management, and international collaboration. Additional roles at SLB, SberUniversity, Fircroft, and ANCOR contributed to expertise in mass recruitment, onboarding, market analysis, and project performance reporting. Alena holds a Master's degree in Childhood Studies from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Specialist degree in Psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
