Carter Lundy

Carter Lundy has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Carter currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Delphi Digital, a role they took on in March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Staff and Special Projects Lead at the same company from August 2022 to April 2023 and from October 2021 to August 2022, respectively.

Before joining Delphi Digital, Carter worked as a Consultant at Deloitte from August 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and ultra-high net worth individuals, specializing in residency tax and tax court controversy matters.

Carter's work experience also includes serving as a Legal Tax Research Assistant for Professor Frank J. Doti at Chapman University, School of Law from January 2019 to May 2020. During this time, they researched and analyzed state enacted sales tax legislation in light of the Supreme Court's decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair.

In addition, Carter worked as a Partner at OmniCapital from July 2017 to January 2020. Carter developed and executed investment strategies, analyzed and invested in crypto companies, and provided consultation and advice on go-to-market strategies.

Earlier in their career, Carter had a role as a Summer Associate at RealtyMogul from January 2019 to August 2019. Carter drafted legal documents for the Securities and Exchange Commission and analyzed tax implications for asset acquisitions and dispositions.

Lastly, Carter worked as an Executive Consultant at Paycom from September 2014 to February 2017, where they collaborated with executive management to ensure compliance with California labor and employment law and educated C-level executives on the nuances of employment law in California.

Carter Lundy obtained a Bachelor's Degree, Cum Laude, in Business Administration and Management and Economics from Purdue University. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Chapman University Fowler School of Law from 2017 to 2020.
