Aimee Usera

Aimee Usera is the Vice President and Head of Chemistry at Delphia Therapeutics since March 2023. Previously, Aimee held the position of Vice President of Chemistry at Odyssey Therapeutics from November 2021 to March 2023. Aimee's extensive experience at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research spanned over a decade, encompassing roles such as Director of a Global Initiative in Targeted Protein Degradation and other leadership positions. Aimee began a career in research as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has also worked in various analytical roles at Bayer Diagnostics and Ceimic Corp. Aimee earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University, completed post-doctoral training in Chemistry at MIT, and holds a BA in Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross.
