Janice Skurski has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Janice started off as a Student Manager at Ugo's C-Store - University of Michigan Unions, where they quickly progressed from a Store Clerk. In this role, they trained new employees, oversaw a team of 3-6 staff members, ensured efficiency in the workplace, and maintained health department standards.
Afterwards, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant in Dr. Brian Love's Research Group, where they prepared and characterized modified hyaluronic acid hydrogels. Janice specifically focused on assessing the feasibility of these hydrogels for use as soft tissue scaffolds.
Following that role, Janice served as a Process Development Engineering Manager at Vericel Corporation. During their tenure, they managed the engineering processes involved in product development.
Janice then joined IMRA America, Inc. as a Quality Engineer, where they held the responsibility of ensuring quality standards were met.
Most recently, they joined Delphinus Medical Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Quality Engineer in 2019.
