Mendi Short has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer success and operations management. Mendi started their career at California Polytechnic State University as a Financial Aid Assistant from May 2013 to July 2014. They then joined MINDBODY, Inc. where they held multiple roles, including Client Care Specialist from August 2014 to June 2015, Customer Success Specialist from an unspecified date to March 2017, Customer Success Enablement from March 2017 to September 2018, and Business Systems Analyst from September 2018 to June 2019. After that, Mendi worked at WhiteHat Security as a Gainsight Admin, Customer Success from July 2019 to December 2020. Currently, they are employed at Delphix as a Customer Success Operations Manager starting from December 2020, and recently transitioning to a Senior Customer Success Operations Manager in October 2022.
Mendi Short completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2012 to 2014.
