DelSiTech is a drug delivery and drug development company based in Turku, Finland. DelSiTech has developed a unique proprietary technology making it a world leader in advanced biodegradable silica-based drug delivery.  The technology has successfully been applied to the controlled release of small molecules, biopharmaceuticals and viral vectors with a focus on parenteral and local administration. We can work with you from early feasibility testing to clinical proof of concept; the technology can also be licensed to industry partners. 

With the DelSiTechTMSilica Matrix, we can create novel products, provide alternative administration opportunities, and extend and manage the life cycle of existing products.  More patient-friendly products can be developed which release active compounds over days to many months. The technology is also well suited for challenging drug delivery needs such as controlled local delivery to the eye or the brain.

At DelSiTech, we are also developing our own in-house supergeneric drug products for significant unmet medical and market needs.
