Arnaud Riou

Arnaud Riou is an experienced lawyer specializing in Corporate and M&A law, currently serving as Avocat à la Cour at DELSOL Avocats since July 2022. Prior to this role, Arnaud held the same title at Dune from January 2021 to June 2022, and collaborated at DLA Piper from July 2016 to January 2021, focusing on acquisition financing. Early career internships included positions at Allen & Overy in banking and finance, HSBC in legal direction and financing, and Mayer Brown in the financing department.
