James Sarvis

James Sarvis is an accomplished aviation executive with extensive experience in customer service and operational leadership. Currently serving as the V.P. of Global Cleanliness at Delta Air Lines since November 2021, James previously held the positions of Chief Operations Officer and EVP at Aeromexico from 2018 to November 2021. James's tenure at Delta Air Lines began in 2006, where roles included VP of Field Operations - In-Flight Service, VP of Airport Customer Service - Stations, and V.P. of International Field Operations, among others. With a career starting in 1974 at Delta, James has held multiple leadership roles across various aspects of airport operations, sales, reservations, and cargo. James is an alumnus of the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
