Kayla Nall

Kayla Nall is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations at Delta Air Lines, a position held since January 2018. In this role, Kayla manages various areas including compliance, recruitment marketing, and vendor management while collaborating closely with Global Talent Acquisition General Managers and HR leaders to align business needs.
