Ashlye Hernandez

Ashlye Hernandez has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, operations, and program management across various industries. At nCino, Inc., Ashlye served as Executive Director for Global Talent Acquisition and Operations and Global Product & Engineering Operations from December 2019 to September 2024. Prior to nCino, Ashlye held multiple leadership roles at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, including Director of Enterprise Applications and M&A Technology Leader, from April 2008 to December 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Program Delivery Manager at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy and as an Independent Senior Program Manager Consultant, focusing on projects related to HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Supply Chain, and Health Services from November 2003 to January 2008. Ashlye holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus in Healthcare Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
