Kristen Shovlin

Kristen Shovlin is an accomplished professional in the airline industry with extensive experience in sales operations and customer care. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales Operations and Innovation at Delta Air Lines since January 2008, Kristen has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales Operations and Managing Director of Sales Operations. Prior to joining Delta Air Lines, Kristen worked at Northwest Airlines/KLM from January 2001 to January 2008, holding titles such as Director of Customer Care, Director of Reservations Sales and Services, and Regional Director of Los Angeles Reservations. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University-Long Beach.
