Mark Leutzinger has a strong background in customer insights and analytics, with experience in leading programs to deepen understanding of customer needs and deliver better experiences. Mark has held various roles at Delta Air Lines, including Director of Customer Insights & Advisory, General Manager of Experience Insight, and Manager of Customer Insights. Prior to Delta, Mark worked at 360i as a Senior Analyst in Consumer Insights, where Mark developed digital personas and qualitative insights for global brands. Leutzinger holds an MBA from Emory University and a BS in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
