Nona Black, MBA, has extensive experience in innovation and growth strategy within the airline industry and technology sectors. Currently, Nona serves as part of the Next Gen Growth Strategy for In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity at Delta Air Lines, as well as leading Innovation Strategy for Delta Innovation. Nona is the Founder and CEO of Black Mirror Labs and a Fellow at On Deck through the Execs On Deck program. Additionally, Nona provides advisory services for Recycle Check at The Recycling Partnership and has held the position of Senior Consultant in Enterprise Strategy & Innovation at IBM iX.
