Ms. Bubanich is currently the Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer. She has served as Vice President since 2018, and in the capacity of Chief Accounting Officer since August 2021, Assistant Secretary since November 2012 and Assistant Treasurer since 2017. From July 2011 to August 2021, Ms. Bubanich served as Corporate Controller of Delta Apparel, Inc., from September 2007 to June 2011, Ms. Bubanich served as Controller of Culver City Clothing Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Apparel, Inc. and from June 2006 to August 2007, Ms. Bubanich served as Senior Accountant at M.J. Soffe, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Apparel, Inc. Prior to joining Delta Apparel, Ms. Bubanich served as Accounting Manager for Lerner Corporation, a property Management Company.

Delta Apparel specializes in selling casual and athletic products through a variety of distribution channels and distribution tiers, including independent and specialty stores, department stores, mid-tier and mass chains, e-retailers, sporting goods and outdoor retailers, and the U.S. military. We design and internally manufacture the majority of our products, and have distribution facilities strategically located throughout the U.S. to better serve our customers.
