Julian Chesser

Julian Chesser currently serves as the Head of Asia Pacific at Delta Capita, a role commenced in April 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing all business lines in the region and executing growth strategies. Prior to this, Julian held the position of Head of Asia Pacific at OSTTRA from September 2021 to November 2022, leading the establishment of the company's operations across the region. Julian's extensive experience also includes nearly a decade at IHS Markit as Managing Director for Asia Pacific, where significant expansions into key markets were achieved. Earlier career roles include Chief Operating Officer at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, overseeing fixed income operations, and Co-Head of Fixed Income Operations at J.P. Morgan, focusing on international securities operations. Julian holds a degree in Law from the University of Warwick and completed Bar Finals at the Council of Legal Education.
