Sarah has extensive experience in digital transformation, customer experience, strategy and change. She has worked broadly across the financial services industry including retail and private banking, financial exchanges and investment banks. She commenced her career at Accenture working with the London Stock Exchange and then Bank of America working out of both London and subsequently New York. She then joined Capco, the financial services consultancy where she spent 10 years working with numerous clients including Deutsche Bank, Natwest and HSBC.
She is the Chief Commercial Officer - Global Consulting for Delta Capita working with existing and prospective clients to enhance and develop DC’s relationships and structure mutually agreeable contracts. She also leads the Global Digital practice which focusses on Digital Strategy, Customer Journey Review and Design, Proposition design and internal operational efficiency.
Aside from her core role, she has a strong focus on creating and maintaining culture, inclusion and diversity and has featured in the book Women of Fintech, Walk the Talk based on the podcast series. She holds a degree in Management Sciences (BSc) and a diploma in professional studies.
