William Rodrigues (Billy)

William (Billy) Rodrigues has extensive experience in management and security within the entertainment and sports sectors. Currently, Billy serves as the Director of Xperience Management at Smith Entertainment Group since July 2024, and as the Assistant Director of Management Xperience at Delta Arena from January 2022. Additionally, Billy holds the position of Senior Manager of Xperience Management at Vivint Arena, contributing to guest service excellence and operational functions. Previous roles include Event Security Manager at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, and Assistant Security Manager at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. With a background starting in golf operations at Mauna Kea Resort and coaching at Kohala High School, Billy's varied experiences demonstrate a commitment to both guest experiences and effective team leadership.
