Brian Pankow

Brian Pankow is an experienced professional in the field of chemical processing and operations management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Chemical Processing Technology at Delta College since September 2022, Brian Pankow teaches aspiring operators. Previously, Brian Pankow was the Pilot Plant Campaign Lead at Corteva Agriscience from April 2018 to April 2022, where key responsibilities included supporting Pilot Plant preparations and technology transfer. From November 2012 to April 2018, Brian Pankow held the position of Senior Production Manager/Operations Improvement Leader at Dow AgroSciences, focusing on sustainable operational improvements. Earlier in Brian Pankow’s career, roles included Operations Leader and Production Coordinator at The Dow Chemical Company from September 2002 to November 2012, managing production operations and supporting key plant activities. Brian Pankow earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1981 and 1986.
