Desiree Swagten

Desiree Swagten is an experienced professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance and operations management. Currently serving as Auditor II at Delta Community Credit Union since April 2024, Desiree previously held the position of Regulatory Compliance Manager at Hive Financial Systems from September 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included designing and implementing a compliance management system and maintaining lending operation policies.
