Lauren Baker

Lauren Baker has over a decade of experience in customer service and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist at Delta Community Credit Union since August 2016, Lauren has also held roles as a Senior Member Care Agent and Member Care Agent, where coaching agents and providing exceptional customer service were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a Program Associate position at the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice, overseeing office operations and training personnel, as well as customer service roles at Borders Books. Lauren co-founded Chaos Music E-Zine and Chaos Zine, both focused on music content and social media marketing, and contributed to event planning at the University Union Student Programming at the University of Georgia. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia.
