Charlie Heckman

Charlie Heckman has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Charlie started their career in the US Navy as a Lieutenant in the Civil Engineer Corps from 1987 to 1995. Following this, they worked as a Senior Engineer at MDC Systems, Day & Zimmermann from 1994 to 1996. Charlie then transitioned to the role of Project Manager at O'Brien Kreitzberg from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2009, Charlie served as a Project Manager at Haynes Massa & Associates, Inc. Charlie then joined Greyhawk as a Managing Consultant from 2010 to 2011. Currently, Charlie holds significant positions at Delta Consulting Group, including Director from 2011 to 2017, Senior Director from 2017 to 2019, Managing Director from 2019 to 2020, and currently serves as the President since October 2020.

Charlie Heckman attended Cherry Hill HS West from 1979 to 1983. Charlie then went on to Villanova University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
