Matthew Nichols

Matthew Nichols, PSP, currently serves as Director at Delta Consulting Group, where responsibilities include developing and analyzing construction claims, creating and managing Primavera P6 schedules, and conducting monthly assessments of schedule performance. Prior experience includes Associate Director and Senior Consultant roles at Enstoa, where Matthew designed scheduling architecture for capital planning systems and facilitated the migration of legacy schedules. Matthew also worked as a Project Scheduler at MWH Constructors, managing schedules for water infrastructure projects, and as a Project Controls Planning and Scheduling Analyst at URS Corporation, focusing on high-risk remediation projects. Early career experience includes an internship as a Field Engineer at Mass. Electric Construction Company. Matthew holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
