Kalyani Phadke

Kalyani Phadke has extensive work experience in software development and leadership roles. Kalyani started their career as an Intermediate Software Developer at Delta Controls in 2006, where they developed and maintained web-based applications, migrated databases, and provided customer support. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Software Developer at Delta Controls, where they implemented features and integrated data solutions for energy dashboards. In 2015, they became a Software Technical Lead at Delta Controls, managing a team of web developers and overseeing the design and implementation of software features. Prior to joining Delta Controls, they worked as a Web Developer at Truepath Mobile Inc.

Kalyani Phadke completed a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science at CDAC Bangalore in 2001. Kalyani also holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge v.4 from the Cloud Security Alliance, Choosing a Cloud Platform for Developers: AWS, Azure, and GCP from LinkedIn, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, which they achieved in June 2021.
