Kayla Lorenz

Kayla Lorenz is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Delta Defense LLC since January 2025, Kayla has previously held positions as Manager of Human Resources Business Partner at Rise Broadband and HR Partner at Amazon, where Kayla advanced from a Sr. HR Generalist to HR Partner. Early career experiences include roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Big Ass Tanks, a Human Resources Specialist at Artemax, Inc., and an intern at Pierce Manufacturing.
