Jonathon Modica

Jonathon Modica currently serves as Vice President and HR Business Partner for the Global Business Solutions Group Commercial at Intuit, overseeing strategic HR partnerships for approximately 2,000 global employees. Previously, Jonathon held multiple leadership roles at Walmart, including Vice President of Corporate People for Global Governance, where responsibilities encompassed driving HR initiatives for the Corporate Affairs and Global Governance sectors, along with leading the Executive Compensation function. Earlier experiences include significant HR roles at Splunk and Adobe, where Jonathon partnered with senior executives to align HR strategies with business objectives across various functions, emphasizing organizational effectiveness, talent management, and leadership development. Jonathon holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration, a Master of Arts in Journalism, and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Arkansas.
