Alicia Weber

Alicia Weber is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Delta Dental of California and its enterprise affiliates including Delta Dental Insurance Company, Delta Dental of New York, Inc., and Delta Dental of Pennsylvania, which operate in 15 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Alicia is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization.

Alicia joined Delta Dental in 1993 and has held various senior roles within Finance, including Senior Vice President and Group Vice President, where she was instrumental in overseeing key financial operation related functions including the creation of a Treasury Services department. During her tenure, Alicia has managed enterprise financial functions, including Accounting and Financial Reporting, Payroll, Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury Services, and Enrollment and Billing. She also currently oversees Underwriting and Actuarial, Procurement and Facilities.

Prior to joining Delta Dental, Alicia worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Audit and Assurance Services practice.

Alicia received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. She is a licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
