Katrina Young

Katrina Young possesses over 20 years of extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting, currently serving as the Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting at Delta Dental Ins. since September 2008. In this role, Katrina has successfully planned and executed the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP, alongside leading an enterprise streamlining strategy. As a former Manager of Financial Reporting, responsibility included managing regulatory requirements and staff development. Katrina also holds significant leadership roles as Board President and Chair of Vista Autism Services, where strategic planning and financial guidance are key responsibilities, and as Treasurer of both Vista Autism Services and the Latino Hispanic American Community Center, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and assisting in funding requests. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate position at PricewaterhouseCoopers, managing diverse annual audits. Katrina holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BA in International Studies from York College of Pennsylvania.
