Michelle Kravat

Michelle Kravat, CPA, has over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Michelle began their career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Senior Accountant from 1997 to 2000. Michelle then joined Cox Communications as a Supervisor, External Reporting from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they worked at EarthLink for 14 years, starting as a Manager of Financial Reporting from 2003 to 2007, then as a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting from 2007 to 2009, and finally as the Director of Financial Reporting from 2009 to 2017. Currently, Michelle holds the position of Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at Gypsum Management and Supply since 2017. Throughout their career, Michelle has been responsible for various tasks, such as preparing SEC filings, managing quarterly earnings releases, conducting disclosure committee meetings, and overseeing XBRL tagging of financial statements.

Michelle Kravat, CPA obtained both their Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In 1999, they became a Certified Public Accountant through the State of Georgia.
