Kendra Rom

Kendra Rom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, business process engineering, and customer experience across various prominent companies. Currently serving as a Business Process Engineer at Delta Dental Ins. since January 2021, Kendra previously held roles such as Project Manager and Patient Care Lead at Alto Pharmacy, where the first manager training program was developed and facilitated. Kendra's background also includes significant contributions to Peet's Coffee as Customer Experience Manager and other management roles, enhancing customer service and operational processes.
