Cansu Tatar

Cansu Tatar is a seasoned Business Process Management professional with extensive experience at Roketsan, beginning in October 2018 and currently serving as a Senior Engineer. Responsibilities include conducting GAP analyses, designing business processes with ARIS and IGrafx, consulting on PFMEA and DFMEA, managing KPIs, and reporting on performance metrics to the General Manager. Cansu is an internal auditor for multiple standards, including AS9100 and ISO 27001, and has developed a CAPA system while implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Previous experience includes roles at TürkTraktör, TAV Airport, and Arcelik Group, contributing to manufacturing processes, product development, and human resources.
